OUR MISSION

We want teen girls to know Scripture to know the Savior.

Spend enough time around us and you’ll quickly realize we are obsessed with all things Gospel, God’s Word, and teen girls!

You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved! You are loved!

Why Minted Truth?

Mint is the core of who we are. It leads to the heart of why we do what we do. Here are three biblical truths that influence our mission and name!

The old has gone. The new is here in Christ!

Something kept in mint condition is stored with the intent of protecting its original state. As believers, we are spiritually restored to mint condition through Christ's death and resurrection!

In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve disrupted their perfect relationship with the Lord by choosing to sin. Thousands of years later, Jesus our Savior entered history to pay the price of our sins. As a result, our relationship was offered restoration if we believe in Him.

We want our name to testify of the forgiveness offered to us through the Cross. Because we are found new again, sin is no longer our master!

“THEREFORE, IF ANYONE IS IN CHRIST, HE IS A NEW CREATION. THE OLD HAS PASSED AWAY; BEHOLD, THE NEW HAS COME.”

2 CORINTHIANS 5:17

The Holy Spirit dwells

within every believer.

Every coin in the United States is stamped with a mintmark-- a symbol of where they are produced. Similarly, we are marked by the Holy Spirit once we first believe in Christ! The Holy Spirit's purpose serves as both a comforter to believers and a guarantee of our future hope of Christ's return and eternity. The power of the Holy Spirit is seen reigning in our lives when we demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit in our daily actions.

Ultimately, the comfort and peace of the Holy Spirit spur believers on to deliver Christ's hope to the broken world in which we live.

“IN HIM YOU ALSO, WHEN YOU HEARD THE WORD OF TRUTH, THE GOSPEL OF YOUR SALVATION, AND BELIEVED IN HIM, WERE SEALED WITH THE PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT, WHO IS THE GUARANTEE OF OUR INHERITANCE UNTIL WE ACQUIRE POSSESSION OF IT, TO THE PRAISE OF HIS GLORY.”

EPHESIANS 1:13-14

God’s Word helps us know and become like the Lord.

We are both restored to right relationship with the Lord and given the Holy Spirit as a seal of the hope we hold to be true. These are two truths we want you to daily claim!

In addition to being minted in Christ, we want you to know God's character in every increasing measure. Our hope is God's Word will become impressed on your heart in such a way you can't help but love and impact the community around you!

It is our prayer for this resource to remind you of the hope of the Gospel, presence of Christ, and truth of your identity in order to love others.

"I KEEP ASKING THAT THE GOD OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE GLORIOUS FATHER, MAY GIVE YOU THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM AND REVELATION, SO THAT YOU MAY KNOW HIM BETTER!"

EPHESIANS 1:17

Meet Megan Gover!

Megan is the founder, heart, and visionary of Minted Truth. Throughout her life, she has served in many different capacities within student ministries at churches in the Dallas and Houston areas. Her experiences serving in girls’ ministry cultivated her heart for discipleship, biblical teaching, and simply doing life alongside teen girls. Megan envisions a world full of teen girls whose hearts have been transformed by the Gospel through God’s Word and actively seeks to make this a reality. She firmly believes life change can happen around a table filled with sweet conversation, belly laughs, and a big, ole bowl of queso.
